Q5.What power/kw to buy?
A5. First, you need to check the obc specifications of the electric car to match the charging station. Then check the power supply of the installation facility to see if you can install it. However, although EV charging stations are three-phase and single phase compatible even if you buy a three-phase charger, with only single phase power supply, it can be installed too.
Q6. How about your Lead time?
A6. Generally, it will take 3 to 25 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q8. Does the EV Charger need any APPs or internet?

A9. The Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) is an open-source communication protocol for networked electric vehicle chargers. The Smart charger can work with any charger management software that uses these protocols to direct Smart Charging.
